These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Habitor mobile application and related services made available by YongSheng Wei ("Habitor," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Habitor, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Habitor Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Habitor.

1. Eligibility

You may use Habitor only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law. If you are below the age at which you can legally agree to these terms in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. The Service

Habitor is an iOS app for habit tracking. It allows users to sign in with Apple, create and manage habits, record completions, track time spent on selected habits, and review personal habit data.

Habitor is not a medical device and does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

### Premium Subscriptions

Habitor offers optional monthly and yearly auto-renewable Premium subscriptions. Premium allows unlimited habit creation, recording or correcting entries for the previous seven days for eligible habits, and restoring archived habits. Without Premium, an account can create up to three habits in total, including archived habits. Losing Premium does not remove existing habits or records or prevent ordinary recording for active habits.

The available plan, billing period, and price in your App Store region are shown before purchase. Apple processes payments through your Apple Account; Habitor does not receive your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel renewals in your device's Apple Account subscription settings. Cancelling renewal normally preserves access until the paid period ends; Apple-confirmed refunds, revocations, or billing changes may affect access.

Apple determines subscription billing, upgrades, downgrades, and refunds under its applicable terms. Request refunds through Apple. Contacting Habitor, uninstalling the app, or deleting a Habitor account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Restore Purchases can restore an eligible, currently valid Apple subscription after verification. It does not recover data from a deleted Habitor account. Promotional Premium grants are separate from paid subscriptions and do not cancel, pause, or extend Apple billing. If a grant and subscription overlap, their remaining durations are not added together.

3. Accounts

Habitor currently supports account access through Sign in with Apple.

You are responsible for:

  • using accurate information when interacting with Habitor;
  • maintaining control of the Apple account you use to access Habitor; and
  • using Habitor only for lawful purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • use Habitor in violation of applicable law;
  • interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of Habitor;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to Habitor or related systems; or
  • copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse Habitor except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to Habitor, including habit names, profile nickname, avatar image, and habit records.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

6. Account Deletion and Termination

You may stop using Habitor at any time.

Habitor includes an in-app account deletion flow. If you delete your account, we will delete your account data from active systems, subject to limited retention that may be required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes.

If you later sign in again with the same Apple account, a new Habitor account may be created. Deleting an account ends any promotional Premium grant associated with that account. To stop subscription renewals, cancel separately through Apple before deleting your account.

We may suspend or terminate access to Habitor if reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

Habitor, including its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Habitor for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms of Use and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Habitor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We do not guarantee that Habitor will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that your use of Habitor will achieve any particular personal, health, productivity, or habit outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Habitor.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Apple App Store and Standard EULA

Habitor is licensed, not sold. If you obtain Habitor through the Apple App Store, your use of the app is subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

These Terms of Use supplement Apple's standard EULA for Habitor's services and do not replace it with a custom EULA. These Terms are between you and YongSheng Wei, not Apple. YongSheng Wei is responsible for Habitor and its content and support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's applicable license or App Store rules, Apple's applicable terms govern. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through Habitor.
